# UNITED WAY WORLDWIDE ## PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS **1. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT** Participation in the program is subject to the applicable membership requirements. Only verified and active members are eligible to request withdrawals from an account or benefit associated with the program. **2. MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION** Members may be required to provide accurate information and complete identity or account verification before accessing program benefits or requesting a withdrawal. **3. MEMBERSHIP CARD** After successful membership registration and verification, an eligible member may have a membership card shipped to the mailing address provided during registration. Members are responsible for ensuring that their address and contact information are accurate and current. **4. WITHDRAWALS** To make a withdrawal, the member must have an active and verified membership. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification, applicable program rules, and processing requirements. **5. BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION** Any bank account designated for a withdrawal must satisfy the program's identity and account-verification requirements. Where required, the account holder's name must correspond with the verified membership information. **6. ACCURATE INFORMATION** Members must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information or attempting to use another person's identity or financial account may result in suspension or termination of membership. **7. PROGRAM PARTNERS** Any reference to HSBC or another financial institution as a program partner should be included only where an official partnership or authorization has been established. The applicable partnership terms and responsibilities should be communicated through official documentation. **8. COMPLIANCE AND REVIEW** United Way Worldwide and/or the authorized program administrator may conduct appropriate compliance, identity, and eligibility reviews before approving membership benefits or withdrawals. **9. CHANGES TO TERMS** Program terms may be updated from time to time. Members should review the current terms before submitting a withdrawal or participating in program activities. **10.
